Ingredients:
- 680 gm Dried Fruits
- 8 cups Water
- 8 Whole Cloves
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- Lemon Rind
- Sugar to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat a pan and pour the dry fruits, water, cloves, cinnamon, rind & sugar. Get it to boil and keep stirring continuously.
- Then cook it covered for 20 min on low flame until fruits are cooked and sauce thickens. When cooked, keep it aside to cool.
- Pour the kompot into sterilized jars and let it in the fridge for 1 week.
- Serve it cold.
