Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Cold Water
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Boiling Water
- ¼ Vanilla Bean (split)
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- 2 Whole Cloves
- 1 small Cinnamon Stick (halved)
- 10 Black Peppercorns
- 20 Allspice Berries
- 1 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 Orange Rind
- 2 cups Vodka
Cooking Instructions:
- Take sugar and cold water in a pan. Simmer it until sugar is dissolved completely.
- Pour boiling water into the pan with vanilla bean, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, peppercorns and allspice. Get it to boil then cook it covered on low flame for 5 min.
- Strain the mixture keeping the liquid and pour in the saucepan.
- Mix honey, rind in it and cook until it dissolves nicely. Keep stirring frequently.
- Take the pan off heat and add vodka slowly to it. Keep it aside to cool then pour into closed jar. Refrigerate it until it is served.
- Serve it chilled.
