Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Potatoes (o’brien frozen)
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 500 gm Kielbasa (diced)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat butter in a large frying pan.
- Add onion and potatoes in it and cook on medium flame for about 5-6 minutes, or until potatoes get brown.
- Pour in kielbasa sausages and cook further for about 10 minutes. Keep it stirring frequently.
- Add cheese to it. Mix well.
- Flavor with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
