Ingredients:
- 455 kg Kielbasa (chopped)
- 1 cup Apricot Preserves
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ¼ tsp Ginger Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Take all the ingredients except kielbasa in a pan and cook on low flame until it is soft and even.
- Stir in kielbasa and cook further on low flame for at least 1 hr.
- Serve it hot.
