Ingredients:
- 1 kg Cod
- 2 tsp Canola Oil
- 500 gm Carrots (grated)
- 200 gm Celery Root (grated)
- 150 gm Onions (chopped)
- 150 gm Parsnips (grated)
- 10 gm Tomato Paste
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the cod.
- Take oil, water in a fresh pan and get it to boil.
- Stir in onion, cod, carrot, parsley and parsnips. Cook it on low flame until it softens.
- Mix tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper to taste in it. Simmer for a while.
- Serve it hot.
