Ingredients:
- 4 cup Cabbage (chopped)
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup Butter
- 455 gm Egg Noodles
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Simmer noodles in slightly salted water. Then drain it.
- Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the onion until it is translucent.
- Pour cabbage into pan and cook further for 5 min until cabbage is fit to be eaten.
- Stir in the noodles and flavor it with salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Serve it hot.
