Ingredients:
- 6 large Hard Boiled Eggs
- 240 gm Cooked Ham (grounded)
- 4 tbsp Mild Cheese
- 4 tbsp Sour Cream
- 2 tsp Cooked Mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Chives (chopped)
- 1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
- 60 gm Melted Butter
Cooking Instructions:
- Half the boiled eggs and take out its yolk. Then mix it well with all the ingredients except bread crumbs and butter.
- Stuff the eggs with the mixture evenly.
- Heat a pan and place the stuffed eggs in it. Cover the eggs fillings with bread crumbs properly and add melted butter to it. Then cook it for 3 min until it turns golden and crunchy.
- Serve it hot.
