Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 cups Flour
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups drained Cottage Cheese
Cooking Instructions:
- Take together 2 eggs, milk, flour, salt to taste in a bowl and mix well making into spongy dough. Shape it into twelve 4” squares.
- Pour cheese, 2 eggs, salt to taste in a fresh bowl and blend well. Stuff the squares with this mixture sealing all the sides.
- Take slightly salted water in a pan and get it to boil. Put the squares in the boiling water and cook for around 8-10 min until it floats up.
- Serve it hot.
