Ingredients:
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Shortening
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 7 ½ cups Flour
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 230 gm Anise Extract
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Take together butter, shortening, sugar in a bowl and beat it until it forms into cream.
- Stir in anise, 7 cups of flour, baking powder and salt to taste. Mix it well making into dough. Then keep it aside to cool.
- Flour the surface and turn over the dough cutting it with cookie cutter. Position it on the butter greased sheet.
- Place the cookies in the oven and bake it for 12-15 min.
