Ingredients:
- 5 large Eggs
- ¾ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1-1 ½ cup Cheddar Cheese (crumbled)
- 1 link Polish Sausage (sliced)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 375°F.
- Take sour cream & milk together in a bowl and whisk it well.
- Beat the eggs in a fresh bowl. Add cream mixture to it and mix well.
- Cut the sausage slices into half moon shape.
- Coat the pie pan with cheese and top up with sausage. Cover it up with the egg mixture.
- Bake it for 40-45 min and then keep it aside to cool.
- Slice it and serve.
