Gyro Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Yogurt (fat-free)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh Mint Leaves (chopped finely)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Scallions (minced)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chilled.
- Serve with any of your favorite dishes or alone as an appetizer.
