Ingredients:
- 1 kg Mussels (ready to cook)
- 3-6 cloves Garlic
- Some Parsley
- 1 hot Green Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Rinse the mussels well and cook them with little water.
- Add the sliced hot pepper, parsley, some black pepper, one spoon of butter and the garlic after 1-2 minutes.
- When they spread an aroma add the cheese.
- Remove from the heat and squeeze lemon over it.
- Add the remaining butter and serve.
