Ingredients:
- 1 small Celery Root
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup Salad Oil
- 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Dill (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Remove the tops of the celery, peel the roots, and slice them into 1” cubes.
- Place the celery cubes in slightly salted boiling water and simmer for around 15 minutes. Drain and keep aside to cool.
- Mix with rest of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Serve cold with meat.
