Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Salad Oil
- 480 g Sauerkraut
- 1 cup shredded Carrots
- ½ cup Green Peppers (chopped)
- ½ cup Red Onion (sliced)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine sugar, vinegar, and salad oil in a pan. Bring to a boil and simmer on low flame for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Mix together sauerkraut, carrots, green pepper, and red onion in a bowl. Toss well.
- Stir in the vinegar sauce. Cover for 4-6 hourrs before serving.
