Ingredients:
- 1 Beer Bottle
- 4 Red Potatoes (quartered)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 240 g Baby Carrots
- ½ Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 455 g smoked Kielbasa Sausage (sliced)
- 1 small Cabbage (quartered)
Cooking Instructions:
- Pour beer in a pot and bring to a boil on medium flame.
- Lay the potatoes in the pot and flavor with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add carrots, onion, sausage, and cabbage. Mix well and cook covered on low flame for around 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
