Ingredients:
- 570 g Boiled Potatoes (peeled & diced)
- ¾ cup cooked Carrot (diced)
- ¾ cup Celery (chopped)
- 4 tbsp Dill Pickle (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 4 tsp Sugar
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, and dill pickle in a large mixing bowl. Toss nicely.
- Flavor with salt and pepper.
- Pour sugar and mayonnaise in a fresh bowl and blend well.
- Add to the potato mixture and stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve cold.
