Ingredients:
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour (maida)
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 6 Eggs
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all the ingredients, except cinnamon, together and knead to form smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 10-12 small balls and flatten each.
- Line a cooking sheet on a baking tray and place the flatten balls.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the balls.
- Bake for about 30-45 minutes, or until brown.
- Remove and cool.
