Ingredients:
- 8 Rye Bread Slices
- ¾ cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 can Sauerkraut (drained)
- 8 Swiss Cheese Slices
- 8 Pastrami Slices
- ¼ cup Margarine
Cooking Instructions:
- Smear 4 bread slices with thousand island dressing and top up with sauerkraut, cheese and pastrami.
- Lay the remaining slices on the smeared slices and apread margarine on the top slices.
- Heat a pan and toast the sandwiches on both sides on medium flame until brown.
- Serve hot.
