Ingredients:
- 455 gm Sauerkraut (drained)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 3 tbsp Fatback (diced)
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 455 Cooked Egg Noodles
- Dried Mushrooms
Cooking Instructions:
- Take oil in a pan and shallow fry the onions.
- Stir in sauerkraut and flavor it with salt & pepper to taste. Pour it into casserole.
- Take soup with water in a bowl and mix well. Mix in noodles, mushrooms and more water if required. Transfer this to the casserole.
- Set the oven at 350°F and cook it until it begins simmering.
