Masala Fried Fish

Ingredients:
- 500 g Pomfret
- 50 ml Oil
- 10 g Kashmiri Chilies
- 1 small piece Ginger
- A pinch of Cumin Seeds
- A pinch of Mustard Seeds
- A pinch of Cinnamon
- 2 Cloves
- 6 Peppercorns
- 10 g Tamarind
- 15 g Onion
- 20 ml Vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the fish into pieces removing the fins, bones, and intestines. Make deep cuts on each fish piece.
- Combine all spices, along with salt, tamarind, onion, and vinegar. Grind to a fine paste.
- Fill the fish pieces with the paste. Bind using a string. Keep the pieces aside until the paste is absorbed in.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the piece until golden.
- Serve hot.
