Ingredients:
- ½ kg Beef (cubed)
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 10 Cloves
- ½ cup Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- Few Curry Leaves
- ½ cup Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook meat with vinegar and salt in a pan until partly tender.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the cooked beef.
- Dry roast mustard and fenugreek seeds in a separate pan. Grind them with all the remaining ingredients, except onion.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry onions. Stir in the grounded masala.
- Add vinegar and meat. Mix well and serve.
