Ingredients:
- 1 kg Chicken
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- Salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- Oil (for frying)
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- ½ Lime (juiced)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix chicken with turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, salt, and sufficient water in a pressure cooker. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
- Add cooked chicken and cook on low flame until deep brown.
- Stir in lemon juice and serve hot.
