Ingredients:
- 300 g Boneless Chicken (cubed)
- 1 cup Mushroom (sliced)
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Grass (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Young Galangal (sliced)
- 4 tbsp Galangal (sliced)
- 4 Red Chilies (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Simmer coconut milk in a pan for around 2 minutes.
- Stir in chicken, mushrooms, ginger, lemon grass, galangal, young galangal, red chilies, lemon juice, and fish sauce.
- Flavor with salt and cook on medium flame for about 6 minutes.
- Serve hot.
