Ingredients:
- 2 cup Cabbage (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup Grated Coconut
- 3 Green Chilly
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 Shallots
- ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 sprig of Curry Leaves
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
Cooking Instructions:
- Take together coconut, green chilly, garlic, shallots, cumin & turmeric powder and grind it making into nice paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds. Mix in cabbage and flavor it with salt to taste. Cook it until cabbage is half tender.
- Add the paste and continue cooking on low flame.
- Serve it hot with curry leaves on the top.
