Ingredients:
- 250 gm Cauliflower
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Carrots (sliced)
- 3 Green Chilly (chopped)
- 1 small piece of Ginger (chopped)
- 1 ½ tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- Coconut Oil
- 2 sprigs of Curry Leaves
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice the cauliflower into florets.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the onion until it turns golden brown.
- Put in cauliflower, carrot, ginger, green chilly, water, salt to taste, red chilly, coriander and turmeric powder. Cook it covered until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour coconut milk into it and simmer it. Then mix in curry leaves and take it off the heat.
- Serve it hot.
