Ingredients:
- 250 gm Channa
- 100 gm Shallot
- 8 Red Chilly
- 1 ½ tsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 sprig of Curry Leaves
- Few Coconut pieces
Cooking Instructions:
- Keep the channa in water for around 8 hrs and then pressure cook it with shallots.
- Take coriander leaves, garam masala, red chilly and grind it. Add it to the cooked channa with salt to taste and simmer it. Then take it off the heat.
- Take oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds. Mix in coconut, curry leaves and red chilly. Add it to the curry.
