Ingredients:
- 500 g Beef
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- ½ cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Hot Water
Cooking Instructions:
- Make a paste of garam masala by adding little water. Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds. Add onion and fry until brown.
- Stir in garam masala and cook until the masala discharges oil.
- Add beef along with enough hot water, vinegar, and salt. Cook low flame until meat turns tender.
- Pour coconut milk and simmer on low flame until the mixture thickens.
- Serve hot.
