Lemon Chutney

Ingredients:
- 1 kg Lemons
- Salt (to taste)
- 500 g Sugar
- 2 Cloves (grounded)
- 2 Cardamoms (grounded)
- 2 tsp Red Chili Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice the lemons into 8 wedges.
- Place the lemon wedges and salt in a container. Secure the lid and keep in the sun for 5 days. Tremble the container everyday.
- Stir in sugar, red chili pepper, cardamom, and cloves. Keep in the sun again until sugar is absorbed in.
- Spoon out and serve.
