Ingredients:
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 6 Green Chilies (slit)
- ¼ Coconut (ground)
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tsp Methi Powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
- 2½ cups Yoghurt (beaten)
- Salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- Few Curry Leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, and onion.
- Mix in turmeric powder, methi powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- Add coconut along with water and mix. Cover and cook for a while.
- Remove and cool a little.
- Stir in the beaten yoghurt and serve.
