Ingredients:
- ½ kg Beans (chopped)
- 3 small Onions
- 1 cup grated Coconut
- 3 Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp Oil
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder
- Few Curry Leaves
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Grind coconut, turmeric, onions, and green chilies together into a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add beans and garlic. Mix well.
- Add the onion paste and stir to coat over the beans.
- Mix in curry leaves and salt. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
