Ingredients:
- 1 pound Chicken (cut into cubes)
- 1 package Onion Soup Mix
- 1 bottle Russian Dressing
- 1 jar Apricot Preserves
- Oil (for basting)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix onion soup mix with dressing and apricot preserves. Pour over chicken cubes.
- Bake until the chicken pieces turn fork-tender at 350 degrees F.
- Baste the chicken with oil while baking. Serve hot with rice.
