Ingredients:
- 1¼ cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1/3 cup Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Take water with sugar, ginger in a pan and cook it for 3-4 min making into syrup. Keep it stirring frequently. Then let it cool.
- Heat milk with cream in a fresh pan and add remaining sugar and syrup to it. Then keep it aside for around 15 min to get the aroma assorted. Strain the mixture ignoring ginger solids.
- Take the eggs with milk mixture in a bowl and beat it very nicely.
- Heat the milk mixture again in a pan stirring frequently until it thickens. Then let it cool and refrigerate it.
- Serve it chilled.
