Ingredients:
- 500 g Tapioca
- ½ cup grated Coconut
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 dry Red Chilies
- 3 sprigs of Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice tapioca into small bite-size pieces.
- Mix the tapioca pieces with garlic, turmeric powder, and enough water. Pressure cook them and mash well. Flavor with salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
- Add red chilies and curry leaves. Shallow fry.
- Stir in garlic, onion, and coconut. Cook until the mixture turns golden brown.
- Mix the coconut mixture with the mashed tapioca.
- Serve hot.
