Ingredients:
- 250 g Beans (chopped)
- 1 cup grated Coconut
- 3 Red Chilies
- 1 tsp Black Gram
- A pinch of Asafoetida
- Salt (to taste)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- Few Curry Leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Toss beans with salt and turmeric in a bowl.
- Transfer the beans into a pan filled with water and cook until tender. Drain the beans and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté red chilies, black gram, and asafoetida.
- Stir in beans and cook for around 2 minutes.
- Add coconut and curry leaves. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
