Ingredients:
- 1 kg Bottle Gourd (peeled & chopped)
- 1 cup Coconut
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Pressure cook bottle gourd pieces with some water, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for 2 whistles.
- Grind coconut, garlic, and cumin seeds into a fine paste.
- Add to the bottle gourd and mix well. Bring to to a boil.
- Serve hot.
