Ingredients:
- 4 medium Onions (chopped)
- 2 stems Curry Leaves
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- ½ cup Coconut Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onions and curry leaves until light brown.
- Stir in chili powder and cook the raw smell vanishes.
- Remove and grind into a nice paste.
- Flavor with salt. Mix in some coconut oil to make a smooth chutney.
- Serve with idlis.
