Ingredients:
- 1¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup Blueberries
Cooking Instructions:
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter and beat with sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, bananas, and blueberries. Beat well to blend all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Remove and cool. Serve.
