Ingredients:
- 2 boiled Potatoes (mashed)
- ¼ cup Maida
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- Oil (for frying)
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine potatoes, half of bread crumbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Blend well to make a smooth mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small kababs and rub into maida and in the leftover bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kebabs on both sides, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney and curd.
