Ingredients:
- 225 g Mushroom (halved)
- 1 small Onion (cubed)
- 1 small Tomato (cubed)
- 1 small Capsicum (cubed)
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 1 Green Chili (chopped)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Stir in green chili and onion. Shallow fry until the onion turns golden brown.
- Add in capsicum and tomato. Mix and cook until tender.
- Stir in mushrooms, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cover the pan and cook on low flame, until mushrooms are well cooked.
- Serve hot.
