Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Swiss Steak
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Tomato Puree
- ½ cup Water
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine flour, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
- Coat the steaks in this mixture.
- Heat butter and fry the steak.
- Add onion, tomato puree, and water.
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
- Stir in the sour cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
