Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Danish Butter
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 3 cups Beef Stock
- 3 tbsp White Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 3 tbsp Sherry
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pot on low flame.
- Add flour and stir until smooth.
- Gradually, add half of the beef stock, stirring constantly.
- Combine rest of the stock with vinegar in a bowl and add to the pot.
- Boil slowly on low heat, stirring continuously.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Add sherry and remove from heat.
- Cool slightly and serve with any meat preparation or boiled potatoes.
