Ingredients:
- 3 Chicken Pieces
- 2 Tomatoes (cubed)
- 20 Mushrooms (chopped)
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- Salt (to taste)
- 4 Cardamoms
- ½ cup Red Wine
- 4 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice chicken into small bite-size pieces.
- Combine chili powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Bake mushrooms and chicken for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onions, along with the mixed powders.
- Stir in cardamoms.
- Add baked chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, and red wine. Stir and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
