Ingredients:
- ½ kg Beef
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 Onion (sliced)
- 3 Green Chilies (slit)
- 1 inch piece of Ginger
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 2 stems of Curry Leaves
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 stems of Coriander Leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine beef, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a pressure cooker and cook.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until brown.
- Stir in green chilies, coriander powder, pepper powder, curry leaves, ginger, and garlic.
- Add beef and cook till the liquid dries out completely.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
