Ingredients:
- 3 oz Buckwheat Groats
- 2/3 cup hot Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Pour water in a bowl and add buckwheat groats, salt, and butter. Mix gently.
- Pour into a baking pot and bake for 3-4 hours in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F.
- Cover the pot with a large pan and turn upside down one hour before finishing.
- Wrap a wet thin cloth around the pot so that the kasha falls off from the pot into the pan.
- Serve with cold baked milk or butter.
