Ingredients:
- ½ kg Mutton
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ inch piece Cinnamon
- 6 Cloves
- 2 Cardamoms
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Ginger (sliced)
- 8 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- ½ cup Onion (chopped)
- ½ cup Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Grind cinnamon, cloves, and cardamoms together into a fine powder.
- Combine meat the powdered spices, coriander powder, chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
- Place the meat in a pan. Pour water to cover half the meat.
- Keep adding hot water to it, as and when required.
- Cover the pan and cook till the meat turns tender and liquid dries out completely.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
- Add to the meat and cook for sometime.
- Serve hot.
