Ingredients:
- ½ kg Flour
- 5 Onion (sliced)
- Oil for frying
- ¼ kg Tomato (chopped)
- Beans (chopped)
- Carrot (sliced)
- Peas
- 150 gm Potato (halved)
- ½ kg Mutton
- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Chilly Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- ¼ Coconut (grounded)
- 2 Cardamoms
- 2 Cloves
- 2 stick of Cinnamon
- Little Mint and Coriander Leaves
- ½ Lemon
- 1 cup Curd
Cooking Instructions:
- Take oil in a pressure cooker and fry the onion till it turns brown. Remove half of it and keep aside.
- Stir in cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger-garlic paste and cook on low flame.
- Mix in chilly and turmeric powder. Add tomatoes to it and cook until oil appears at the side ends.
- Pour into all the vegetables and mutton. Flavor it with salt to taste and cook it on medium flame. Whisk it continuously.
- Put in curd with half of both coconut paste and lemon juice.
