Ingredients:
- ½ kg Liver
- A pinch of Garam Masala
- Few Curry Leaves
- 3 tbsp Oil
For Grinding:
- ½ tbsp Aniseed
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- ½ tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Small Piece of Ginger
- 7 Garlic Cloves
- 1 inch piece of Cinnamon
- 3 Cloves
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients of grinding in a grinder and process into a smooth paste.
- Marinate the liver with the ground paste and leave aside for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated liver with some water in a pan and cook on low flame until tender and water dries.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves.
- Add the liver pieces and stir fry for a while.
- Sprinkle garam masala and gently fold in. Avoid overcooking.
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
