Ingredients:
- 500 g Beef
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 1 tsp Ginger (crushed)
- 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 2 stems of Curry Leaves (chopped)
- 2 Green Chilies (slit)
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- ¼ tsp Fenugreek
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 3 tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Meat Masala
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine beef with ½ cup water, salt, and pinch of turmeric and garam masala in a pressure cooker. Cook until the beef turns tender.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry fenugreek seeds. Stir in onions.
- Flavor with salt and cook covered until onions are cooked.
- Mix in curry leaves, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add in tomato and continue to cook until the mixture discharges oil.
- Stir in fennel seeds, turmeric, chili powder, meat masala, and garam masala. Cook until you can smell the fragrance of the spices.
- Add beef, reserving the stock. Mix well.
- Add little stock, if required.
- Mix in additional 2 tbsp coocnut oil and cook.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
