Ingredients:
- 1 Duck
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 3 Onions (sliced)
- 2 Potatoes (sliced)
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice the duck into 6-8 big pieces.
- Mix with coriander powder, pepper powder, chili powder, cloves, cinnamon, chopped onion, and salt in a pot. Cook until the meat turns tender. Remove the meat and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onions and potatoes individually. Remove and keep aside.
- Put the duck pieces in the same pan and fry.
- Put the duck pieces back into the gravy and cook until boiling. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot with fried potatoes and onions.
