Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 Green Chilly (slit)
- 1 Garlic (crushed)
- ¼ tsp Cornflour
- ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
- ¼ tsp Soy Sauce
- Few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic.
- Add onion, tomato, and green chilly. Stir well.
- Mix in pepper, soy sauce, and salt.
- Dilute cornflour in some water and add to the pan, stirring gently.
- Break the egg and pour into the mixture. Cook without crumbling the egg, on low flame, until the egg is done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
